Performer Biography

Eric Levine is a professional musician, composer, arranger, and songwriter. He is proficient on trumpet, bass, and piano. Graduating from Solon High School, and then receiving a Jazz Studies & Music Performance degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Eric has been playing the trumpet for 15 years. As both a bandleader, and a sideman, Eric had the opportunity to tour nationally full time after receiving his degree. Types of groups played in while touring have been with Rock & Funk bands, Jazz combos, Electornica groups, and most recently joined Paa Kow and his Afro Fusion Orchestra. Paa Kow is a front man drummer from Ghana (West Africa) who performs extensively throughout the United States. He brought Eric on board his group in 2019 and Eric has been traveling and performing with him since. During his time between tours with Paa Kow, Eric continues to compose, produce, and perform music of his own while honing his craft of trumpet playing.
