Swiss-American violinist Aniela Eddy graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she was a student of Ian Swensen and Wei He, as well as the Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with Ivan Zenaty. She has performed with CityMusic Cleveland, the West Side Chamber Orchestra, Ensemble LPR, the Magik*Magik Orchestra, CWRU Baroque Orchestra, Ballet Next, the Blossom Festival Orchestra and numerous outreach concerts with ArtsConnect of the Cleveland International Piano Competition. In addition to founding a volunteer teaching program between the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the San Francisco Bay Academy, Aniela has toured throughout India, giving concerts to promote and sponsor different organizations. Most recently, she traveled to El Salvador to teach in their El Sistema music program. Passionate about all styles and genres of music, Aniela will attend the Baroque Performance Institute and the Lucerne Festival Academy for contemporary music this coming summer. She is a recipient of the Avanti Award of the Joseph and Francis Brucia Foundation and is currently a faculty member at the Aurora School of Music.
